Steel ball rolling is a forging process that originated in the former Soviet Union, also known as the oblique rolling process for steel balls. The oblique rolling equipment mainly consists of two rolls that are not parallel but intersect each other; during operation, these rolls rotate in the same direction around their respective axes. The principle behind this process is that the frictional force generated by the contact between the rolls and the workpiece drives the workpiece to rotate and move forward. Shandong Kanda Electric Furnace Closed-Circuit Cooling Tower Traditional cooling methods rely on water pools and open cooling towers to reduce temperature. However, this approach has several drawbacks: the circulating water in the pool is difficult to control, leading to scale buildup inside the equipment’s heat exchangers and water jackets. As a result, the heat transfer efficiency steadily declines, increasing the failure rate of the equipment and ultimately causing production delays. Our company’s fully enclosed water-cooling system ensures that the cooling water remains completely sealed throughout the circulation process. Moreover, the water consumption is only 5% of that required by traditional water pools—meaning we can easily maintain water quality by using distilled water. This significantly reduces scale formation, and in some cases even prevents scaling altogether, thereby extending the equipment’s service life and enhancing its operational stability. Additionally, our system transfers heat to the external environment via cooling coils. As the distilled water flows through these coils, a spray pump begins to distribute cool water, while a fan starts running simultaneously. The powerful heat-exchange effect keeps the internal circulating water temperature within the equipment’s specified range, thus meeting the equipment’s heat-transfer requirements.
