Reactor Inspection – Key Inspection Items
Aug 19,2023
The reactor consists of a reactor core and a reactor coil. The reactor coil is wound using copper tubing and cooled by circulating water. Once the reactor coil becomes blocked by impurities that obstruct the water flow, it could lead to coil burnout. In our equipment, the blue pipe at the bottom of the reactor coil serves as the water inlet, while the red pipe at the top is the water outlet. Typically, the outlet end tends to accumulate sediment, causing blockages. To address this, remove the outlet pipe and use tools to clean it thoroughly. Also, clean all the water nozzles on the equipment’s manifold. It is essential to perform an inspection every six months. !
