The Shandong Kanda steel-shell furnace features a robust steel structure that is both aesthetically pleasing and durable. Its magnetic yoke, made of oriented magnetic yokes from Baosteel and other suppliers, effectively shields the magnetic field generated by the induction coil. The furnace also employs a crimping process to enhance thermal efficiency.
The sensor is manufactured using 5mm and 6mm T2 copper cold-rolled tubes, with three coats of insulating varnish applied throughout the entire body. Additionally, the sensor undergoes insulation treatments such as wrapping with insulating cloth, achieving an insulation class of H. This effectively prevents inter-turn arcing, provides robust protection for the sensor, and extends the service life of the coil.
