Kangda Electric Furnace Patent – Medium-Frequency Furnace Automatic Control System

On June 20, 2020, Shandong Kangda Electric Furnace Co., Ltd. obtained a patent for an automatic control system for medium-frequency furnaces. The patent description is as follows: An automatic control system for medium-frequency furnaces, comprising a medium-frequency furnace, various auxiliary equipment connected to the medium-frequency furnace, a communication module, a touch-screen module, a wireless signal transceiver module, a wireless terminal module, and a PLC control module. The PLC control module is electrically connected to the communication module. By processing data collected by various data acquisition modules, measurements taken by different meters, and input parameters set via the input module, the PLC control module sends the results to various controllers, thereby controlling the feeding cylinder motor of the high-frequency furnace, the induction power supply, and all auxiliary equipment connected to the medium-frequency furnace. The novel automatic control system for medium-frequency furnaces provided by this utility model represents an automated retrofit of existing medium-frequency furnaces. It features a built-in communication module that enables networking with external devices through communication interfaces—for example, connecting with extruders and robots—thus achieving efficient, coordinated, and automated production, enhancing productivity, and overcoming the shortcomings of current medium-frequency furnaces, which suffer from low automation levels, inability to network with other automated equipment, and low production efficiency.

Shandong Kanda Electric Furnace Patent – Thyristor Series Resonant Power Unit

This utility model relates to the field of power electronics, specifically to a thyristor-series resonant power unit. The unit comprises an mounting frame, a diode assembly, a thyristor assembly, a current-limiting component, a filtering component, and two conductive copper plates. The mounting frame includes two fixed plates, a housing, multiple first connecting plates, and six second connecting plates.
