The summer heat is in full swing, and we’re welcoming our company’s first self-service barbecue gathering of 2023. Each department has collaborated efficiently, carrying out our preparations in an orderly manner without disrupting the production schedule. In the morning, the logistics team handled the preliminary washing and marinating tasks; in the afternoon, the sales and after-sales teams took charge of threading the meat onto skewers and setting up the venue. At first, everyone’s threading skills were a bit awkward and hesitant, but as time went on, they became increasingly proficient and their pace grew faster and faster.

Everyone took turns grilling skewers, gathering in groups of three or five, raising their glasses and sharing heartfelt conversations—creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere that fostered friendship among different departments and strengthened the sense of unity within the company.
