1. Adjust the trigger circuit
If the rectifier section is improperly adjusted, the rectifier tube fails to fully conduct, and the DC voltage does not reach its rated value, thereby affecting power output, the triggering circuit of the medium-frequency induction furnace’s rectifier circuit should be adjusted promptly.
2. Adjust the intermediate-frequency voltage
If the intermediate-frequency voltage is too high or too low and affects power output, the intermediate-frequency voltage should be adjusted to an appropriate level promptly.
3. Adjust the cutoff value for cutoff.

4. Check whether the cooling water passages are blocked, whether the water temperature is too high, whether the water pressure is too low, and whether the voltage rating of the load-compensating capacitor has dropped.
5. Check whether the anti-interference performance of the medium-frequency induction furnace control system has deteriorated, especially the thyristor trigger circuit. As the medium-frequency power increases, interference also tends to rise, potentially causing overcurrent or overvoltage protection to fail.
