What is a one-drag with II intermediate-frequency induction furnace?

The Yituo Dai II medium-frequency electric furnace operates with two furnaces working simultaneously. Medium-frequency power supply Arbitrary power distribution. It’s a furnace—also serving as a holding oven—that enables continuous baking without interruption. When necessary, it can maintain, heat, or temper materials at precise temperatures, thereby enhancing production efficiency and ensuring smooth operations. Here, we’ll briefly introduce the technical features, advantages, and common operational errors associated with a 1-to-2 medium-frequency induction furnace.
Tow-2 Medium-frequency electric furnace The “series-connected inverter thyristor medium-frequency power supply” technology is employed. Although thyristors are fully controlled rectifiers, they are not used for voltage regulation. They serve solely to enable soft starting and, in the event of a fault, act as electronic switches that can quickly disconnect the power supply and restore normal circuit operation. The system utilizes a digital dynamic triggering circuit, which boasts advantages such as excellent repeatability, high stability, good symmetry, strong anti-interference capability, and convenient debugging. If the triggering signal is digital, remote control can also be achieved. Under heavy-load conditions, the system ensures 100% successful startup. By improving the power factor, the system maintains a constant power output with a power factor reaching 95% at any load level, and the power output is regulated through a constant-control process. When the load or crystallization degree changes, the load will always operate at full power, thereby reducing melting time.
2. Equipped with sophisticated protection and operational status monitoring sensors, the system can collect signals for incoming line current, voltage, channel current, and channel voltage. It employs a dual-loop digital circuit to provide redundant protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, as well as protection against excessive water temperature and water pressure. The KK thyristor and KP thyristor feature inverter self-turn-off time protection. The operating temperature of the wave rectifier is monitored by a temperature switch. Once the cooling water temperature exceeds the set value or a water circuit failure occurs, an alarm will be triggered and the power supply will be automatically cut off. The input of the power supply’s cooling water is controlled by a hydraulic relay, while the output of the cooling water is monitored by a temperature switch, which also triggers the power cutoff. 4. Convenient power distribution can be achieved by adjusting the power knob on the control panel (or via the digital operation panel). Between the two furnace bodies, the total power of the medium-frequency power supply can be freely allocated, enabling one furnace to melt while the other operates in series—a “one-to-two” medium-frequency induction furnace. Safety Operating Procedures for the Furnace: Before starting the furnace, check that all electrical equipment, the water-cooling system, and the induction copper tubes are in good condition; otherwise, do not start the furnace. 2. If the furnace body’s melting damage exceeds the specified limit, it should be repaired promptly. After electric melting, do not allow the molten metal to come into contact with inductors or cables; otherwise, they will be burned out. Personnel must not leave their posts without authorization.
1. Be cautious of the sensor and the external condition of the crucible. 4. During charging, check whether the charge material contains any flammable, explosive, or other hazardous substances. If such substances are found, remove them immediately. Never add cold or wet materials directly into the steel bath to prevent large chunks of molten steel from being added in subsequent layers, which could lead to crust formation. 6. The pouring area and the pit in front of the furnace must be free of obstructions and standing water to avoid explosions caused by molten steel splashing onto wet surfaces. When using portable bags for pouring, two workers must coordinate closely and maintain a steady gait. Sudden stops in the main pouring area are strictly prohibited, and dumping materials randomly is also forbidden.
