The inductor is fabricated using 5mm and 6mm T2 cold-rolled copper tubes, with three coats of insulating varnish applied throughout the entire component. Additionally, the inductor is wrapped with insulating cloth for further insulation treatment, achieving an insulation rating of Class H. This design effectively prevents arcing between turns, providing superior protection for the inductor and significantly extending the service life of the coil.
