    • Commodity name: Pneumatic furnace lining machine

Dry refractory materials primarily used for medium-frequency furnaces, which are applied by striking the inner wall of the medium-frequency furnace crucible mold with a pneumatic hammer head.

    Working principle:
The dry refractory lining material, primarily used in medium-frequency furnaces, is applied by striking the inner wall of the furnace crucible mold with a pneumatic hammer head. This process causes the larger and smaller particles of the refractory material to interlock and fill the voids, thereby achieving a tightly packed refractory lining.

    Advantage:
This furnace lining machine is easy to operate—only one operator is needed to use the crane for lifting. After precisely positioning the knotting area, simply turn on the air supply. The operator can also use the crane at any time to move it smoothly up and down. During the knotting process, the pressure can be adjusted appropriately to ensure even knotting, thus guaranteeing that the mid-frequency furnace lining remains durable and long-lasting after completion.

    Features:
Automatic rotation and continuous hammering save time and effort; uniform compaction ensures no particle segregation and achieves high compaction density. The vibration force and frequency are adjustable, offering strong adaptability. Improved furnace construction quality also enhances the working environment for furnace-building operations.

The pneumatic furnace-building machine consists of a gas distributor, cylinder sleeve, hammer head, length-adjusting rod, chain, steel plate mold, and auxiliary components.
Gas distributor Based on the differences between two-head, three-head, and four-head furnace burners, configure the corresponding gas distributors, which primarily ensure that the pressurized gas delivered from the gas source is evenly distributed to each hammer head.
Air hammer head Depending on the furnace capacity and the size of the crucible mold, our company’s air hammer heads are divided into three types: the KLQ-D large air hammer head, the KLQ-Z medium air hammer head, and the KLQ-X small air hammer head. The main differences among these air hammer heads lie in their installation dimensions and varying vibration forces.
Steel plate mold The steel plate mold is primarily used to securely fasten and connect the gas distributor, air hammer head, and auxiliary components. Depending on the inner diameter of the furnace crucible mold, the steel plate mold can be designed with either two, three, or four air hammer heads. Under the same hammer-head configuration (e.g., all three-hammer-head designs), if the difference in inner diameters of the crucible molds exceeds 240 mm, given the limited adjustability of the air hammer head’s length, each set of furnace wall vibrators can be equipped with one corresponding steel plate mold.
